First of all, I am new to blogging. I’m still trying to figure out how to get everything the way I want it. My goal with this blog is to share my writing with anyone who might be interested. I really enjoy studying God’s word and using God’s word to write my thoughts about different topics. I am a member of a church of Christ congregation in my hometown. I can promise anyone who reads my blog that everything I write in regards to spiritual topics will be backed up with scripture. I just want to help other women in any way that I can through my writing. I have a wonderful husband, two children who are happily married to wonderful spouses. I’ve been a teacher for 30 years. I’ve taught kindergarten, first, and second grades with first being the grade I’ve taught the most. For one year I taught physical education to grades 1 through 8 and taught freshman health and wellness and seventh grade science. Now I am settled in as a K-5 reading interventionist and plan to do this until I retire. I have loved every teaching job I have had and I wouldn’t choose any other profession.
